Great shop, diagnostic was explained with great detail and performance was impressive.. Great attitude when I arrived and a smile.... I believe this shop is here for the customer and that was clear first impression....
I trust Dale's. They do great, timely work. A couple of times they have looked at a truck issue that I thought might need repair and determined nothing needed to be done, I like that! Will definitely keep going to them as needed.
Got my car in quickly, diagnosed it, communicated with me along the way, and repaired it all within a very reasonable amount of time.

As Always --great service I've been going to Dale's Auto Care for years. I continue to be impressed with their approach, communication, service and the reasonableness of their pricing. It's a very nice feeling to have complete trust in your mechanic.
Trustworthy and thorough Sam takes time to explain information and give tips. He works hard to make it a good deal for the customers and is honest about warranties and stuff like that. They are thorough with the cars, but sometimes take a long time because of this and because they have so much good business!
Recommended Ted said the staff always give honest opinions, they're super easy to work with and accommodating.
Recommended Reg said the customer service was excellent.
