I ended up going to Dale's after one mechanic suggested that the reason my car might be having issues was a $1800 head gasket problem. It was necessary for me to get a second opinion, particularly because of financial reasons. Instead of speculating about my car's "symptoms" and the potential cause, Sam (and another employee whose name I forget--sorry! :D ) spent hours diagnosing the problem and found it to be traced down to a leaking hose. The actual repair was pennies compared to what the previous mechanic had suggested. I can't do enough to express my gratitude for all of the labor that was put into my car and making sure that I was being well taken care of. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends--especially women--because it's one place I've found that operates from a standard of honesty and respect for its customers.
